1. The Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Sleek Flow Cleaning Services (ABN: 30 770 729 027) (“the Promoter”), Gold Coast, QLD.

2. Promotion Period
Scratch cards are distributed from 29th of October 2026 while stocks last, with a total of 500 cards issued. The promotion is not redeemable after Christmas 2026 unless otherwise stated.

3. Scratch Card Prizes

• Free external window clean* with the purchase of any house wash. Up to 15 window/door panels. 100 cards
• Free driveway clean* with the purchase of any roof wash or house wash. Standard driveway clean of approximately 50sqm. 100 cards
• 15% off any service*. Minimum value $300.00. 50 cards
• 10% off any service*. Minimum value $300.00. 100 cards
• 5% off any service*. Minimum value $300.00. 150 cards
• *Prizes require a qualifying purchase as stated above. One scratch card redemption per qualifying purchase.
• Cards must be presented and forfeited (surrendered) at the time of claiming, verified by Sleek Flow Cleaning Services staff.
• If a scratch card winner does not wish to redeem their prize, they may choose to regift the card to another person. The card remains valid only until redeemed or until the promotion expires, whichever occurs first.
• Scratch card prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• One card per customer and residential house.

4. Major Prize Giveaway — Free Entry
In addition to the scratch card prizes, all contestants may enter a separate major prize giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter the major prize draw.

To enter, contestants must complete the form on sleekflowcleaningservices.com/christmas-promotion-2026 website or email their full name, phone number, and email address to sleekflowcleaning@gmail.com prior to the draw.

5. Major Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free house wash valued at $1,000.00 AUD, subject to the following conditions:

• The property’s internal square metreage (SQM) must not exceed an average of 200sqm.
• If the property is smaller than 200sqm average, Sleek Flow Cleaning Services may, at its discretion, include a free window clean or driveway clean in addition to the house wash.
• If the property is larger than 200sqm average, or is in a condition requiring additional work beyond a standard clean, the winner may pay the difference to redeem the full house wash.
• The property must be located on the Gold Coast, QLD.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable to a different property, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Only one (1) major prize winner will be drawn.

6. Draw Date and Time
The major prize winner will be drawn on Monday, 7 December 2026 at 6:00 PM (QLD time), from all eligible entries received by that date and time.

7. Notification and Redemption
The winner will be contacted directly by Sleek Flow Cleaning Services via phone. The winner agrees to be contacted for this purpose and agrees to be featured in a Sleek Flow Cleaning Services social media post announcing the result. The free house wash must be redeemed and completed before Christmas 2026 (25 December 2026).

8. Second Chance Redraw
If the major prize is not claimed by the original winner, a second chance redraw will take place on Tuesday, 8 December 2026 at 6:00 PM (QLD time), conducted live via the Sleek Flow Cleaning Services Instagram feed.

To be eligible for the second chance redraw, contestants must have registered their name, phone number, and email address via the website or emailed sleekflowcleaning@gmail.com by Monday, 7 December 2026, 5:00 PM (QLD time) — the same deadline as the original draw.

9. General Conditions

• Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where explicitly stated (scratch card regifting, clause 3).
• Personal information collected (name, phone number, email address) is collected solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion, contacting winners, and is handled in accordance with Sleek Flow Cleaning Services’ privacy practices. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
• Where an entrant has opted in, Sleek Flow Cleaning Services may also contact entrants in the future regarding offers, promotions, or to check whether they wish to have any services completed for their property. Entrants may opt out of future contact at any time.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
