9 × 10m High Commercial Units, Fully Revitalised
A commercial complex featuring nine 10m-high units required a full external wash to remove heavy mould and dirt buildup. The Commercial REA needed the property revitalised to capture high-quality marketing photos for vacant tenancies. However, with businesses operating throughout the week, the main challenges were maintaining site access and preventing cleaning runoff from affecting staff and customer vehicles.
